The Best of the Best of the Best ... of the Best:

    2nd Platoon was known jokingly as the Short Bus Platoon withing the Troop, due to the uncanny way we always seem to screw up -- big time.  For instance: Unaware that the Commanding General was running with our platoon, calling a cadence mentioning that "I've got a date with the General's daughter."  Or our ability to somehow always have someone unaccounted for.  But amazingly enough, we had the highest platoon average throughout the troop, as well as the top graduate from our platoon (2LT Egerton).  The Short Bus will live forever!
